Mini Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups
This crunchy appetizer has a surprise kick! The secret is in the kick! This recipe uses local cream cheese mixed with a small amount of red pepper flakes, giving a flavour that is truly addictive.

- StepPreheat oven to 350˚F.
- StepIn a small bowl, mix Ontario cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, Ontario mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes salt and pepper.
- StepPrepare a small cupcake tin by spraying oil. Place wontons carefully into the cups and fill with 1 tbsp of cream cheese filling. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Once ready, remove from pan and serve while hot.
